A Study of Resurrection Life: The "Pill" for Immortality

A Study of Resurrection Life: The

Resurrection Life Today/ 4000

Until Jesus Christ came and demonstrated the power of life over death, except for a company of people anticipating the coming of the Messiah, mankind did not have any hope of what life after death really was. They lived through their imaginations and their own creativity built by generations of thought (words).

Some believed that if they were royalty in this world, they would continue to be royalty in the afterlife. Therefore, they would have included with their buried body the necessities to continue functioning in the afterlife in the same life style and position they were accustomed to as mortals.

Other beliefs about life after death included reincarnation, mystic ghost forms, or that life just simply discontinued. Jesus Christ introduced and brought to mankind a new kind of life.

A Study of Resurrection Life:  The "Pill" for Immortality

The "pill" or seed to "change" our mortal self into immortality is Christ in You, the Hope of Glory. It is not about me, but Him in me today (Col. 1:27).

2 Timothy 1:8-10 NKJV:

"Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God,  who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,  but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel."

There had never been anyone before Jesus Christ who experienced a physical death of mortality, was physically buried, and came back in flesh and bone from death as immortal. He broke the dark door of death, never to be closed again, setting the captivity of our imagination free to experience resurrected life today while in our mortal body.

(Galatians 2:20).

Jesus Christ abolished death and brought Life and immortality to Light.

We have had people experience death and come back into the natural realm, but none of them brought back immortality.

John 14:19 NKJV:

"A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also."

This is our inheritance; to be a part of His body that is incorruptible, never to be sick, or be in pain, or have cancer, or experience death. This body does not even get weak. Our inheritance is to have a body that is fashioned as His resurrected body. Not to die but be transformed by the renewing of our mind (Romans 12:2).

As Christians, we acknowledge that salvation is real, and many facets of the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives are real, but unless we take it to the third dimension that power over death is just as real for us today, we will still go through death of our mortal body. We will have the fullness of God today but be limited in a two-fold dimension. However, one person cannot experience the manifestation of immortality alone. It takes a company of people that the Scriptures refer to as "firstfruits."

"But now is Christ risen from the dead and become the firstfruits of them that slept" (1 Corinthians 15:20).

"But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming" (1 Corinthians 15:23).

"These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb" (Revelation 14:4).

The way of man is to bring to life his past experience and use it to make decisions on his future. In man's limited state, he can only re-live his past, recall history, or presume and speculate his future. For this reason, it is easy for Christians to share a historical Jesus, or a coming Jesus. To acknowledge that Jesus Christ is here today in the fullness of His glory is not comprehendible to most people. There is a great "gulf" in understanding things with the faith of God given by the Holy Spirit, and wisdom we learn from our past mistakes (Luke 16).

God is looking to unveil the NOW reality of Christ being in you today in the fullness of His resurrected life so that something is released within us to transform us experiencing our inheritance of His resurrected body in us.

1 Corinthians 15:51-55 AMP:

"Take notice! I tell you a mystery (a secret truth, an event decreed by the hidden purpose or counsel of God). We shall not all fall asleep [in death], but we shall all be changed (transformed) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable (free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed). For this perishable [part of us] must put on the imperishable [nature], and this mortal [part of us, this nature that can die] must put on immortality (freedom from death). And when this perishable puts on the imperishable and this that could die puts on freedom from death, then shall be fulfilled the Scripture that says, Death is swallowed up (utterly vanquished forever) in and unto victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?"

Just as we experienced an activity in our soul when the Holy Spirit quickened our spirit unveiling the life of our soul as new creations in Christ Jesus, so shall our body also be transformed (2 Cor. 5:17). We received this new creation without going back into our mother's womb. It was accomplished and finished while we were ignorant in darkness and comprehension of the ways of God (Romans 5:8).

The glorious, resurrected body of Christ Jesus, which we shall manifest according to His promise, is a body that has no limitations, and is free from all physical and material realms. It is a body that we must inherit according to Scripture, of immortality and incorruption. This body cannot decay, degenerate, be fatigued, or weakened. It is not susceptible to any of the elements of the physical or natural world. It is not a body that will bring back our youth. How

The body of the Lord Jesus Christ is a resurrected glorious body without spot or wrinkle. It is a body that we have never had, yet it is our inheritance that is obtainable today.  "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1 John 3:2).

1 Corinthians 15:14-20 AMP:

"And if Christ has not risen, then our preaching is in vain [it amounts to nothing] and your faith is devoid of truth and is fruitless (without effect, empty, imaginary, and unfounded). We are even discovered to be misrepresenting God, for we testified of Him that He raised Christ, Whom He did not raise in case it is true that the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised; And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is mere delusion [futile, fruitless], and you are still in your sins [under the control and penalty of sin]; and further, those who have died in [spiritual fellowship and union with] Christ have perished (are lost)! If we who are [abiding] in Christ have hope only in this life and that is all, then we are of all people most miserable and to be pitied. But the fact is that Christ (the Messiah) has been raised from the dead, and He became the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep [in death]."

"But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in heaven, and from it also we earnestly and patiently await [the coming of] the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] Savior, who will transform and fashion anew the body of our humiliation to conform to and be like the body of His glory and majesty, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself" (Philippians 3: 20-21 AMP).

This writing of Paul's talks about having two bodies, a vile body of humiliation and a body of glory and majesty that is like Jesus Christ. It is Jesus Christ who will transform our old body into our new body. If we see this in the Scriptures as our inheritance from God because of the death that took place at Calvary, then we should have a heart’s desire to see this manifested today.  As Paul said in Philippians 3:14, "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus," which is a higher goal than seeing people saved or healed from sickness. We should have such a great stirring and passion within ourselves hating death to the point that we refused to embrace any thought or concept that is connect with death.

Today, we are blessed to understand some of the science behind the functioning of what God does in the spiritual realm. What those that have gone before us believed by faith, today has become tangible in the natural realm. The birth of a baby is a tangible miracle, but today we understand the scientific mechanics that took place for the miracle to be manifested. Unfortunately, many have exchanged science for faith giving more credit to the scientific understanding of pregnancy than we do pressing into trusting in God.

However, there is something more taking place scientifically in the order of God's functioning both spiritually and naturally. This goes beyond us "putting on the Lord Jesus Christ and the new man" (Col. 3:10, Eph. 4:24, Rom. 13:12). There is a constant miracle taking place in our bodies of regeneration on the cellular level, that science can testify to and explain the mechanics, but cannot duplicate. (Your nails and hair keep growing, your skin brings new layers to the surface, and your blood continues to purify itself to bring life to every cell of your body.) This is LIFE functioning within you without your mind controlling the process.

2 Corinthians 5:1-5

"For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved (died), we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. Now he that hath wrought (prepared) us for the self-same thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit."

1 Corinthians 2:14

"The natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."

John 3:3

"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

Jesus states the same truth in John 3:3 that Paul says in 1 Cor. 2:14. When John 3:3 is used as a salvation message, it causes conflict with another verse, "I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies." (Psalm 18:3).

For us to think that mankind can choose or has freewill, to accept the things of God are a direct assault against what God says. It is the Spirit of God that must awaken the spirit of man into the new birth, just as it takes the action of intercourse for conception to take place. Children cannot choose their parents, just as we cannot choose God to be our Heavenly Father.

Since the fall of mankind in Genesis, man has been disconnected to the Divine Life, spiritual truth and power within him being created in the image, likeness, and character of his Heavenly Father. Not until the Spirit of God awakens fallen man from his carnal understanding, can man comprehend the ways of God.

2 Corinthians 4: 18, "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."

If you have ever been in a cave or cavern where all the lights have been turned off your eyes would automatically search for light. If the lights are not turned on for a while, your body will utilize the other senses (sound, touch, etc.) to search for a way out. This is not because of being claustrophobic, but survival of the body. Once the eyes can focus on a form of any kind, the body will automatically be drawn to what is causing the form to take shape to see if it is a way out of the darkness. (Selah).

"For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead" (Psalm 143:3).

"The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up" (Matthew 4:16).

"What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops" (Matthew 10:27).

"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life" (John 8:12).

"This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all" (1 John 1:5).

"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore, the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear (Christ in you), we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure" (1 John 3:1-3).

"And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love (unconditional); and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment (tormented by the spirit of fear): because as he is, so are we in this world (spirit, soul, and body). There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us" (1 John 4:16-19).

My Dear Child,

Use your ears and hear what the voice of your Heavenly Father is saying to you. The love that I have for you is so great that I gave my own life to death so that you would not have to die. I conquered, annulled, and removed everything connected to death that it has no reality except what you create and give life to. Stop playing with death and be who you really are, my child, my son, my bride, my wife. There is nothing that can separate me from you. Today, you have my life in abundance with my power and my authority. Listen to the WORD of LIFE in you where my Kingdom resides. Sit with me on my throne of grace and mercy and BE the manifested Life of Christ that you truly are, so that when others see you, and the resurrected Life of Christ Jesus flowing through you, they see me, your Father and their Father. The bones of Christ Jesus were not found in the grave when my disciples went to the tomb. You are bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh today. The resurrected body of Jesus Christ is LOVE as I AM LOVE to YOU! Today, I have given you the abundant (nothing lacking) Life found in Him.

Your Father,

God (Dad)
